Juglans Release

Thank you for exploring our Juglans Release. In the following sections, we aim to provide you with an overview of the exciting new features enabled by this update.

The Release is available from August 2024.

Technical Details

The Juglans Release is based on Microsoft Business Central Version 24. As a result, there are adjustments to the system requirements. Please refer to the complete list of system requirements for BC24.

Compared to BC23, the most noticeably change is that the Windows Server 2019 is no longer supported. Furthermore, the required .NET Version is increased from .NET 6.0 to .NET 8.0.

  • Added the release check for route allocation header and lines
  • Added related document information to the whse shipment and receipt lines to see if the line is connected to a document
  • Added possibility to pick different qty. and change variant code from warehouse
  • Added the possibility to print the "ACAT Sales Order Guidance Card" Report when printed from a "Warehouse Receipt" that has a "Transfer Order" as source

  • Added Transport Order to Report 2.0
  • Added setting to print remaining amount on sales invoice report
  • Added price unit conversion texts to all relevant purchase reports
  • Added the option in the Blanket Purchase Order to print the report without prices and amounts
• Easier Payment
  • Added the payment service to the payment method
  • Added payment service integration for reminders
  • Added prepayment functionality for invoice report
• New Features to activate
  • Added new feature for a redesigned Standard Task calculation
  • Added option to select parcels in sales when a transfer order is created
  • Added the new "Create Purchase Quote" feature in order allow the creation of purchase quotes for multiple vendors

  • Added doc.box to the Fixed Assets
  • Added fields Franco Order Amount and Franco Order Volume for vendors to store information about free delivery
  • Added the difference % field on the phys inventory order line
  • Added order guidance print directly from the production worksheet

Automatically Activated Features

The following acadon Features are now officially available. For a list of MS activated features, follow this link.

• Production Drawings: This feature was moved to the acadon modules page, allowing you to turn it on or off as needed.
• Surface Calculation Feature: This Feature is now generally available and is part of the timber app.
• Combine Shpt. per Resp. Center: This Feature is now generally available and is part of the timber app.
• Item Attribute Dimension Feature: This Feature is now generally available and is part of the timber app.
