Added a new combine shipment calculation which groups invoices and credit memos by responsibility center

Added new feature which allows to combine shipments per Responsibility Center which wasn't possible before.

To activate the feature search "acadon Upcoming Features" and enable "Combine Shipment per Responsibility Center":

After enabling all invoices will be split by Responsibility Center additionally.

To make this possible the combine shipment functionality has been copied and adjusted to be based on the new structure which includes responsibiliy centers.

The objects: Report: ACAT Create Combine Shipment, Codeunit: ACAT Combine Shipment. Mgt. and Table "ACAT Combine Shipment Buffer" were copied and obsoleted. Those will be removed in a future major release. Customizations have to be moved to the new objects instead.
