Added the option in the Blanket Purchase Order to print the report without prices and amounts

It is now also possible to hide prices and amounts on the Blanket Purchase Order Report. It looks and behaves the same as on the purchase order.

This change requires some layout changes, so it has to be taken over for custom report layouts.
