General
Operation plans are used to determine costs incurred by handling of packagings for customers as a service and to invoice them later. The user has the possibility to dynamically set up the resulting handling and service prices. This should allow cost-generating activities to be mapped dynamically and passed on transparently to the customer. In the following we will guide you through the functionalities and setup of the operation plans.
