Operation Plan Journal

General

The Operation Plan Journal is used to create customer related operation plans and then post the entries.

Usage

A new line in the Operation Plan Journal is started with the entry of the Customer No. Then the Packaging Project and the Packaging Project Task can be selected. Also of importance is the Date for the time of costing. Based on this data, the system automatically draws the Movement Type. In most cases this will be the Packing Service, for which service money will be charged by the customer as an expense allowance. In addition to this, the Entry Type will be filled. User-specifically can be entered the Handling Cost Cause. Optionally, a Description can be entered for the line.

Posted Journals

As soon as the first lines have been posted, they can be viewed in Operation Plan Registers. In addition to the exact Creation Time, this journal also shows which User initiated the posting. As an extension to this, the detailed Operation Plan Entries can be called up and checked via the menu ribbon.
