Set up the email template
To easily inform the person who filed the complaint about its status, you can set up an email template with placeholders.
Select the
icon, enter Complaint Setup, and then choose the related link.
In the Editor field specify the email text for your template.
Enhance your email text by using the default Placeholders as shown in the FactBox.
Note
The editor can be populated with a default template using the Reset Message action in the top menu. In this template the default Placeholders are used.
Customize Placeholders to enhance your email text
If you would like to incorporate more details from the Complaint into the email template, you can define new Placeholders.
Select the
icon, enter Complaint Setup, and then choose the related link.
Click on Placeholders in the top menu.
In the window that opens, click on New in the top menu and fill out the columns accordingly.
