Send an email about a Complaint
To easily inform the person who filed the complaint about its status, you can set up an email template with placeholders. The email can be sent from a Complaint Card as follows.
- Select the
icon, enter Complaints, and then choose the related link.
- Open a Complaint by clicking on the blue underlined Complaint number.
- On the Complaint Card that opens, click on Send by Email in the top menu.
- Click Yes to add the Complaint as a PDF attachment to the email.
- In the window that opens, fill out the Email Details and edit the Message if necessary.
- Click on Send email in the top menu.
