Send an email about a Complaint

To easily inform the person who filed the complaint about its status, you can set up an email template with placeholders. The email can be sent from a Complaint Card as follows.

  1. Select the Search icon, enter Complaints, and then choose the related link.
  2. Open a Complaint by clicking on the blue underlined Complaint number.
  3. On the Complaint Card that opens, click on Send by Email in the top menu.
  4. Click Yes to add the Complaint as a PDF attachment to the email.
  5. In the window that opens, fill out the Email Details and edit the Message if necessary.
  6. Click on Send email in the top menu.
