Added a new setup to control the item availability check so that sales lines connected to a transfer line can be skipped

When releasing a sales order, you can check if items are available. The check is activated by the Check Item Available On Release field in the Wood Setup Page.

How the check gets performed can now be influenced with the new Check Item Avail Doc. Exists field.

If the field is activated for the sales lines where a transfer order or purchase order line is needed the system checks if a purchase order or transfer order exists. If no purchase order or transfer order exists the sales line will be checked for availability.
