Setup

The global search is the fastest way to reach the doc.box setup. The associated setup wizard can be started via Action --> Run --> Run all setups. This function provides a default setup for the archive. The wizard also creates the number series when it is run. The doc.box Report Setup can then be opened. The setup is then complete and usually does not need to be adjusted afterwards, as the default setup is sufficient for all standard archiving. All documents found in the system have been stored. Afterwards, the archiving type can be set for each document as desired (print, archive (digital), both, with confirmation, ...). For delivery notes and other documents, whose signature has to be scanned, a barcode can be printed on the document to enable quick assignment during scanning. This function is listed in the system under Create Expected Document.

The Print dialog can also be controlled via this. When activated, a request appears before printing, asking whether the document is to be printed or sent. For sending, a group can also be defined here, which is to receive the mail.
