Shipping Schedule (Sales)

Using blanket purchase orders to sell items can be difficult, especially if partial deliveries are involved. The shipping schedule makes it easier to define delivery dates for each line of a blanket sales order.

Start using shipping schedule

  1. Choose the Search icon, enter Blanket Sales Orders, and then choose the related link.
  2. Open the blanket sales order for which the schedule should be defined and the Edit action.
  3. On the Blanket Sales Order page, on the Lines FastTab, select a line the schedule should be added for and choose the Shipping Schedule... action.
  4. On the Edit - Sales Line Shipping Schema page, enter all the correct information regarding quantity and dates.
  5. If the delivery is split up, add as many new lines as needed with the corresponding information.
  6. Choose the Close Line button.
Tip

If a line was closed accidentally, use the Open Line action to re-open it.

Get an overview over your scheduled shipments

  1. Choose the Search, enter Sales Shipping Schedule Lines and then choose the related link.
  2. Choose the Calculate Over Due Lines action to add all the lines that should be sent up until and including your current work date.
  3. Choose the Open Document action to open the corresponding document.
