Deadline Check

A deadline check is performed whenever the shipment date of any kind of a sales order or transfer order is modified or the document is released, if you have enabled it.

To enable the deadline check

  1. Choose the Search icon, enter Wood Setup, and then choose the related link.
  2. Choose the Notifications FastTab and select the Check Deadline check box to enable deadline checks.

To setup delivery deadlines for locations

  1. Choose the Search icon, enter Locations, and then choose the related link.
  2. Select a location for which you want to set up a delivery deadline and choose the Edit action.
  3. On the Location Card page, choose the Location Order Deadlines action.
  4. Create a new line, define the location and add a time for the deadline int the Order Deadline field.

To setup delivery deadlines for territories

  1. Choose the Search icon, enter Territories, and then choose the related link.
  2. Select a location for which you want to set up a delivery deadline.
  3. Choose the Location Order Deadlines action to input the deadline.
  4. Create a new line, define the territory and add a time for the deadline in the Order Deadline field.
