doc.box User Setup
To work with the acadon_doc.box, it is necessary to make sure that every system user is also set up as a doc.box user.
Choose the 
icon, enter doc.box User Setup, and then choose the related link.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| User ID | Shows the corresponding user. |
| Can Move Documents | Specifies, if the user should be able to change the reference fields that are setup. |
| Archive User ID | Define the user from the archive database. This user should have at least reading permissions. |
| Archive Password | Enter the password for the user from the archive database. |
Note
To create a new user, choose the New action. In the User ID field, pick the appropriate system user.
