Find Documents
The Find Documents functionality is provided in the doc.box scope of functions and is basically called from an existing document. An overview of all documents is displayed, which have a relation to the selected document.

The functionality is demonstrated in this example using a posted sales invoice.
Choose the
icon, enter Posted Sales Invoices, and then choose the related link.On the Posted Sales Invoices page, choose the appropriate sales invoice and select the View action.
On the Posted Sales Invoice page, choose the Find Documents action.
On the Find Documents - Sales Invoice Header page, an overview of all related documents is shown. The available fields are:
- The Type field defines the document type.
- The Document No. field shows the document number of the related document.
- The BC field defines the number of related documents per line.
- The doc.box field shows the number of archived documents.
Note
Select the number in the BC or doc.box fields to get more detailed information about the corresponding documents.
