Managing User Permissions
To grant users access to DocBox functionality in Business Central you must assign permissions to the users. This article describes the purpose of the in DocBox predefined permission sets.
DocBox comes with pre-defined permission sets aligned to the tasks a user role needs to perform. Every pre-defined permission set grants access to read all through DocBox added tables.
Permission set overview
DocBox User
The DocBox User permission set empowers users to execute all operational tasks related to the DocBox, but excludes setups.
DocBox Admin
The DocBox Admin permission set comes with full access to all tables within DocBox.
