Navigate Setup
Some tables in the table setup may have different states due to the data structure, which is handled differently.
Important
We do not recommend extending this setup by yourself, but using the assistance of a consultant.
For example, table 36 can represent a total of 6 different states (offer, order, invoice, return, credit note, blanket order). Each of these states has individual table relations.
- Choose the
icon, enter doc.box Table Setup, and then choose the related link. - On the doc.box Table Setup page, choose the Navigate Setup action.
For the mapping, the following fields of the navigate setup are available:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Relation Entry No. | Contains the ID of the respective state. |
| Description | Describes the state of the underlying record. |
| Condition | The condition distinguishes the state to be mapped from other states. |
| Card Page ID | Contains the ID of the page which can display the state. |
In addition, for each status, the Lines action can be used.
doc.box Table Setup - Nav. Lines
In the line setup, the connection from the base data set to other tables is defined.

- Choose the

The most important fields are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Relation To Table No. | Reference to the table to which a relationship is created. |
| Relation | - Represents the required structure of the relationship from which the record is requested. - In case of indentation, the relation no longer refers to the original record. The previous record in the hierarchical order is used as the reference. |
| Details Once Per RecordID | Defines whether data should be loaded only once per record. |
| RecordID Table No. | Contains the table in which the record is displayed if there is an existing relation. |
| RecordID Composition | Represents the required structure of the relation through which the RecordID table is requested. |
This setup is used to generate a search process for a record. During this process, all created lines in the setup are processed. If matches are found via the relation, they will be provided, e.g. for the doc.box Navigate page.
