acadon_doc.box Fact Box

The acadon_doc.box fact Box can be found on a variety of pages in the system. It gives an even faster access to archived and expected documents, but most of all it makes archiving documents much more comfortable by simply using drag & drop.

The following functionalities are available:

• In the Documents field, the number of archived documents is shown. Click on the the number to open the document list an see more details.
• In the Expected field, the number of expected documents is shown. Select the number to see a list of the expected documents.
• The Drop Zone area is used, to quickly archive any type of file. Just drag a file from the file explorer or an e-mail from the Outlook client and drop it in the drop zone.
