Add doc.box documents as attachments to emails and synchronize with document attachments

Upon activation of the new feature Synchronize DocBox Documents with Document Attachments, doc.box attachments and document attachments will automatically synchronize each time a new attachment is added. Moreover, this enhancement also allows users to attach doc.box documents to emails or open and share them in OneDrive.

Note

To synchronize existing doc.box attachments with document attachments, click Synchronize on the notification that appears when this feature is activated. Alternatively, users can initiate synchronization at any other time by following the steps outlined below:

  1. Click the Search icon, enter doc.box Setup, and then choose the related link.
  2. On the doc.box Setup page, choose the Sync Document Attachments action and wait for the attachments to be synchronized.
