Complaint Management is created for reporting and managing a variety of complaints, giving you the possibility to gather all information about a complaint in a single document. Through this app, users can efficiently create, track, and resolve complaints with ease.

Complaints can be entered manually through the app or automatically generated from related sales, purchase, or quality documents. Once created, each complaint is tracked using the Complaint Card page, which centralizes all relevant information, including the complaint type, assigned user, origin, status, and a detailed description. The Complaint Card page also allows for easy management with options to take pictures, print reports, reopen closed complaints, or send the complaint via email.

The app also includes customizable setup options, where users can configure complaint numbering, set whether complaints are mandatory for sales returns or credit memos, and manage default email templates. Follow-up actions, such as redelivery, pick-up and return or return shipment, can be defined and linked to relevant documents to ensure proper resolution. In addition, users can manage and modify complaint actions, track the completion of tasks, and customize placeholders for email communication.
