Create a Complaint
Complaints can be created in two ways, from the Complaints list page or directly from the related document.
Create a Complaint from the Complaints list page
- Select the
icon, enter Complaints, and then choose the related link. - In the top menu, click on New.
- Fill out all relevant information to register the Complaint.
Create a Complaint from the related document
To create a Complaint from a posted Sales or Purchase or registered Quality document, you have two options.
- From the posted or registered document lists: Select the relevant line and in the top menu click on Home and Create Complaint.
- From the posted or registered document: In the top menu click on Home and Create Complaint.
Both options fill out the Complaint Card with the information from the related document, making it easier to register the Complaint.
