Specify complaint types

In the case that there is an issue at a customer, for example because after a delivery items were missing or broken, predefined complaints can be specified, which can be selected when creating a complaint. For each complaint type, it can also be selected whether photos must be taken or not.

To setup Complaint Types

  1. Choose the Search icon, enter Complaint Types, and then choose the related link.
  2. Choose New in the top menu to add a new complaint.
  3. Fill in the necessary fields.
    • Code, e.g. ITEMDAMAGED
    • Description, e.g. Something is damaged

If OnRoute is installed in your environment, extra fields are shown per Complaint Type. Check the documentation on Specifying Complaint Types in OnRoute to find out more.

To translate Complaint Types

  1. Choose the Search icon, enter Complaint Types, and then choose the related link.
  2. Select the Complaint Type which you would like to translate.
  3. Choose the Translation action in the top menu.
  4. Add the corresponding translation of the Complaint Type for the desired language.
