View existing Complaints

To analyze all open Complaints or have a look at an existing one, the Complaints list has been created.

  1. Select the Search icon, enter Complaints, and then choose the related link.
  2. This will open the Complaints list page, which provides an overview of all complaints, including their origin, status, and the responsible user.
  3. Selecting a complaint from the Complaints list page will open the Complaint Card , where you can view and manage the complaint in greater detail.
Note

You can find closed Complaints by selecting the Search icon, entering Closed Complaints and choosing the related link.

Tip

The history of a Complaint can be found in the FactBoxes Status Changes and Assignment Changes on the Complaint Card.
