Create a Complaint

Complaints can be created in two ways, from the Complaints list page or directly from the related document.

Create a Complaint from the Complaints list page

  1. Select the Search icon, enter Complaints, and then choose the related link.
  2. In the top menu, click on New.
  3. Fill out all relevant information to register the Complaint.

To create a Complaint from a posted Sales or Purchase or registered Quality document, you have two options.

  1. From the posted or registered document lists: Select the relevant line and in the top menu click on Home and Create Complaint.
  2. From the posted or registered document: In the top menu click on Home and Create Complaint.

Both options fill out the Complaint Card with the information from the related document, making it easier to register the Complaint.
