Projects, Invoices, and Logistics

The project view provides your customers with a comprehensive overview of ongoing packaging projects — which packing goods have arrived, which packages are ready, and whether invoices are available.

The Dashboard

After signing in, your customers are directed to the dashboard. Depending on the configuration, the following widgets are available:

  • Project Statistics — Shows at a glance how many projects are in each status (Planning, In Progress, Completed).
  • Open Quotes — Shows all quotes that have not yet been responded to.
  • Package Log — Displays package activities as a chart.
  • Activity Log — Shows the most recent status changes in chronological order.
  • Shared Links — Shows all active share links. Links can be revoked or restored here.

The Project List

The project list displays all packaging projects assigned to the respective customer. The full-text search allows targeted searching for projects.

Filter by Status

Status Description
Planning The project is in the planning phase.
In Progress The project is being actively processed.
Completed The project is completed.

The Project Detail View

Selecting a project opens the detail view with direct access to:

  • Invoices for the project.
  • Packing goods for the project.
  • Photos and documents for the project.
  • Shipments, receipts, packing orders, and container orders for the project.
Note

Which sections are displayed depends on the permissions of the signed-in user.

Invoices

In the Invoices section, your customers can view all posted sales invoices. Invoices are automatically synchronised from Business Central. The full-text search allows searching by invoice number, external document number, or other terms. Alternatively, invoices can be accessed directly via the project detail view. Invoices can be downloaded as PDF.

Goods Movements

Your customers can view posted warehouse receipts, shipments, packing orders, and container orders in the portal. All lists support full-text search and project-based filtering. The respective detail view provides document data, project assignment, and associated photos:

  • Warehouse Receipts — Posted warehouse receipts with receipt and document dates.
  • Shipments — Posted shipments with shipment and document dates.
  • Packing Orders — Posted packing orders with description and order dates.
  • Container Orders — Posted container orders with container number, seal number, and document dates.
