Configurator Items

A configuration item is an item with a stored BOM calculation.

The setup is done on the item card. The Packaging type must be set to the value Configurator Item and the BOM Calculation Template must be filled.

By selecting the Packaging Type the remaining missing equipment can be displayed. Alternatively, the fields can be filled in automatically by the system.

Note

In order to use an item as a configuration item, it must be set up accordingly.
