Packaging Warehouse Shipment

The Packaging Warehouse Shipment module offers the possibility to record the outgoing items of Packages including the packing goods contained therein.

If a packaging goods issue is recorded in BC and then released, it appears in the list of packaging goods issues on the MDE device. Packaging Goods issues that are not released in BC do not appear.

To start the Packaging Warehouse Shipment module of PackApp, the barcode of the warehouse shipment document is scanned first. The Packages are then scanned and automatically selected.

Note

If a scan is not possible, maybe if the barcode is destroyed, the document number can also written manually.

Note

Depending on the setup of the Photodocumentation in BC this will automatically start after scanning the warehouse shipment.

A check for completeness is performed. After the check the Packaging Warehouse Shipment can be completed.

It is also possible to set up automatic posting of Packaging Warehouse Shipment if the outgoing packages have been completely processed via PackApp.
