Consumption Item Inventory

The Consumption Item Inventory of acadon_mobile is a part of the Consumption Item inventory in Business Central. By selecting a collective account in a list provided, stock values can be entered and registered.

Setup

To be able to use this function, the module must be set up in the profiles. The following steps are necessary:

1. Search for acadon mobile setup with 🔍.
2. Open Profiles in the actions.
3. Select the line of the corresponding profile.
4. Click New in the actions.
5. After that, click on the arrow in the field Module Name.
6. Select the module Consumption Item Inventory.

Use in Business Central

In the Consumption Inventory Journal the field with the corresponding quantity in Quantity (inventory) is then filled. In addition, the fields in the Consum. Inventory Massline can be filled.

Use in acadon_mobile

The following steps are necessary to execute the Consumption Item Inventory:

To start the Consumption Item Inventory it must be selected from the menu of the acadon_mobile app. A list of the Consumption Items are displayed that can be registered. If a Consumption Item is selected, it is possible to enter the quantity, length, width and thickness. By confirming with Save and Close the data is transferred to the Consumption Inventory Journal in Business Central.
