Warehouse Shipment (Material)

By scanning the barcode on the shipment document, the desired document lines will open. Here, too, it is possible to select a goods issue directly from a list.

By selecting a the shipment documents, all item lines are displayed to the user. This allows the user to easily check the goods issue items for completeness.

The items can be selected by entering the package number, editing the line or directly by a barcode scan. Once all the items have been selected, processing can be completed by clicking "Complete".

The entered data is then transferred to Business Central. Important: In this type of shipment no package needs to be selected in advance. Theoretically any package can be taken for this item.

Note

This function is only active when in BC in the location code require shipment is activated. It is also obligatory for the feature, that a shipment note can be created out of a sales order.

Note

In the list of shipments on the MDE device, only those appear that have the status "Released" in BC. Shipments that are not released in BC do not appear in order to provide a better overview.
