Confirm Production Order (Production Order) Partial Posting with acadon_mobile

The production confirmation (module Prod. Partial Post) can be used to report the production of a single Packing Material within a Production Order as completed. This function can be used if parts of a production order are already needed for other processes and must be manufactured for them. In order to carry out the production confirmation via the module, the barcode of the packaging label is scanned.

Note

Only a single piece of packaging can be reported as finished at a time. If a production order including all packaging materials is to be reported as finished, the module Prod. Posting must be used.

Use in acadon_mobile

After opening the module Prod. Partial Post in acadon_mobile, an input field appears in which the Packaging Material No. of an open Production Order can be entered. By confirming the Completioncompletion, the number of the manufactured packaging is transferred back to BC.

Usage in Business Central

After the completion in acadon_mobile and (automatic) transfer to BC, the selected Packing Material is posted as "produded" in BC. In the Production Order, the quantity to be produced is reduced by 1. The item entries are posted with a consumption and an actual report.
