Customer Item Correction
The Customer Item Correction
module allows you to efficiently correct the inventory of customer items that have already been posted via the MDE device.
Benefit
Improved accuracy of stock data.
Setup
To be able to use this function, the module must be set up in the profiles. The following steps are necessary:
- Search for
acadon mobile setup
with 🔍. - Open
Profiles
in the actions. - Select the line of the corresponding profile.
- Click
New
in the actions. - Click on the arrow in the field
Module Name
. - Select the module
Customer Item Correction
.
Use in Business Central
When the customer item is corrected, a new packaging entires is created in Business Central, which corrects the stock level.
Use in acadon_mobile
The following steps are required to correct a customer item:
- select the
Customer item Correction
module via the menu in the acadon_mobile app. - select the corresponding
Customer item
in the overview. - Alternatively, search for and select the
Customer Item Nummer
in theScan...
field. - select the corresponding storage location.
- enter the new quantity in the
Quantity counted
field. - confirm with
Complete
.
