Added Additional Packing Services to Packing Order

The new "Additional packaging services" module allows you to enter additional services for the entire packaging order or for a specific line.

If the service is recorded for the entire document, e.g. travelling time, the costs are distributed across all lines. This can currently be done according to the following keys:

• Piece
• Outer square metre
• Floor square metre
