Business Functionality

With the TSE Connector, the cash register of the timber industry can be connected to a TSE. All cash register transactions are transferred to the TSE , usually in the form of a USB stick or SD card, and signed by it in accordance with the law.

To export data

In the TSE setup, the transactions of a TSE including their signatures can be exported. To do this, you can either export the complete data structure of a TSE or filtered by cash register, start and end date. The action for this can be found in the TSE setup under Actions -> Export data from TSE or Actions -> Export filtered data from TSE.

To export DSFinV-K

The DSFinV-K export can be carried out in the TSE setup via Actions -> DSFinV-K Export. All cash register data can be exported (if all filters remain empty) or restricted using the filters.

Master data historization

For the DSFinV-K export, it must be ensured that certain master data can be clearly assigned to the respective cash balance. To do this, it must be ensured that a cash balance is closed before a master data change is made and only then is a new posting made.

The tables affected are:

  1. Fields of the TSE setup:
    1. General tax rate
    2. Reduced tax rate
  2. Fields of the cash register setup:
    1. Default storage location code
    2. Cash currency code
  3. Company data table
  4. Storage location table (only if this is linked to a cash register with TSE set up)

To decommission a TSE

If the certificate of a TSE has expired (the expiration date can be found in the fact box of the TSE device) or, in the unlikely event that it is full or the remaining signatures have been used up, it makes sense to use the action Actions -> TSE Decommission in the TSE device for this TSE to prevent this TSE from being assigned to a cash register and errors occurring there during posting.

Important

Once a TSE has been shut down, it can no longer be undone and only information can be retrieved or exported.

TSE transaction log

Every cash register transaction is also logged in the ERP system and can be viewed in the TSE transaction log. It is also recorded there whether the transaction was successfully transmitted or not. The exact response data including possible errors of the TSE or the acadon_tse.WebService can be viewed in a separate fact box. However, these are primarily only of interest to developers for dealing with problems. Furthermore, the cash register items are linked to these transaction items so that an assignment is possible here.

TSE transaction log

TSE Offline Transaction Log

The TSE offline transaction log outputs a report containing all TSE transactions marked in the system that were not successfully transmitted. This is structured according to cash register and transaction number and displays the cash register items concerned.
