Calculate estimated arrival times

If the Azure Maps Integration Module has been activated, the Estimated Arrival Times are automatically calculated and saved in the lines when the Route Allocations are posted.

Note

To make sure the Estimated Arrival Times are calculated correctly, you are required to fill in the Start Time field in the Tour FastTab under Date/Time.

The following information will be taken into account when calculating the Estimated Arrival Time of a delivery or collection:

• Service times at the respective Ship-to/Collect from addresses, which can be found on the Customer or Vendor Card in the Disposition FastTab (Service Time [min]) or set manually in the column Service Time [min] for the Route Allocation lines.
• Vehicle Type Code specified in the details of the Vehicle Code selected in the Route Allocation.
• Traffic based on historical traffic data.
• Actual delivery times of previous deliveries or collections in the Route Allocation.

Note

These estimated arrival times are automatically recalculated as soon as lines are confirmed via the OnRoute website based on the actual time stamp provided of the current delivered line in order to maintain accuracy for further deliveries.
