Setup

1. MultiSafepay Account

If you don't have a MultiSafepay account yet, follow these steps:

  • Visit the MultiSafepay Website and register for a new account.

  • Provide necessary information about your company.

  • Obtain the API Key from your MultiSafepay Site. Find more details here.

    Tip

    Test the MultiSafepay Payment Service with a Test Account before conducting live transactions.

2. Business Central (BC) Setup

Once you have the API Key, proceed with the Business Central setup:

  • Create a MultiSafepay Payment Service in BC.

    • Navigate to "MultiSafepay Accounts" and click on New.
    • Add a Name (this will be displayed in the documents).
    • Input the API Key.
    • Enable the Account.
    • Optionally, activate the "Always Include on Documents" toggle for default inclusion on all documents.
    Tip

    You can add multiple MultiSafepay Accounts.

    Tip

    By default, the integration uses the MultiSafepay Logo, because MultiSafepay allows for different Payment Providers like iDeal or PayPal. If you use MultiSafepay only for one Payment Service, you can customize the layout by changing the logo in the MultiSafepay Account Setup. All logos are available on the MultiSafepay Website here.
