EUDR Due Diligence Statement

These statements outline the due diligence processes companies undertake to ensure that their supply chains are free from commodities linked to illegal deforestation. By providing transparency and accountability, EUDR Due Diligence Statements help businesses mitigate environmental risks and promote sustainable practices within their operations.
Accessing the EUDR Due Diligence Statement List
The EUDR Due Diligence Statement List can be opened by choosing the Search, enter EUDR Due Diligence Statement List and then choose the related link.
Managing Due Diligence Statements
On the EUDR Due Diligence Statement card page, you can enter general details, including:
- Activity
- Country of Activity
Linking to Existing Orders
To link the EUDR Due Diligence Statement to an existing Sales Order or Purchase Order:
- Use the Get Purchase Order or Get Sales Order actions located in the page header.
- After clicking one of these actions, a list page will open displaying available documents.
- Select the corresponding document to add new lines to the EUDR Due Diligence Statement.
Assigning Producers
The EUDR Due Diligence Statement also allows you to assign specific Producers that have specific Production Places. Producers can be enhanced with geographical information by uploading or creating GeoJSON files directly through the actions available on the Producers page.
