Added Custom Route Calendar Fields for the Graphical Route Calendar

The "Custom Route Calendar Fields" page can be found via the Search. 

In this page every Entry defines one additional Field for the Graphical Route Calendar, every Line defines one field from the Route Allocation Header. The Field can be selected via the Drilldown, a List with all available Fields will be opened where it is possible to select one field. 

These fields will then always be shown in the Graphical Route Calendar directly under the Route Allocation Number, when the fields are empty they are not visible.
