Added filter on ship-to code when releasing related orders if next delivery is activated

When configuring shipment methods, you can enable the Next Delivery field. Activating this field for a shipment method prompts a question about whether to release other orders for the same customer when releasing an order.

This behavior has now been updated to ensure that only orders with the same ship-to code are shown for release, guaranteeing that only orders going to the same address are combined.
