Added support for the pick-up proces in timber and onroute

Pick-up orders
For these types of orders, there is insufficient support for handling goods picked up by the customer. The sales documents do not indicate whether the goods have actually been picked up. Therefore, a new action has been created: "Set as Picked-Up."

the action prints the pre-shipment document and marks the sales order as "picked-up"

If warehouse shipments are also created, those documents are marked as "picked-up." A view for picked-up documents is also available for the list of sales orders and warehouse shipments. 
These document could be posted at the end of the day. If a document is posted and has the "picked-up" flag activated, the value is resetted. 

The action to set the documents as "picked-up" is also available in the warehouse shipment.
