Added the possibility to deactivate the update of related documents when working with the disposition planning

When working with disposition planning, there can be numerous changes in the shipment date, actual shipping agent, etc. These changes are now always synced to the related document. However, this synchronization doesn't always make sense. It is only logical if the document is planned in a tour or posted from a tour.

Therefore, a new property is available in the disposition planning code to modify the default behavior of updating related documents:

This field is set to "false" in newly created codes, and no updates are performed to the related documents.
