Changed Extended Text's behavior so that comment lines are also added when the "Insert Ext. Text" Action is used

When "Copy in Comment Line" is enabled on an Extended Text, it will now also be added to the Sales/Purchase Line's Comment Line, when using the action "Insert Ext. Texts" on the relevant Pages.
