Added Option to directly open the Module Management to Setup Wizard

A new Option to directly open the Module Management is added to the setup wizard: 

This helps users discover the modules and continue the setup of the environment. 

Modules itself can contain initialization code. In this change the initialization of the Purch. Calc. Elements Modules was added.
