Added a notification when a released purchase order is selected in "Make Orders from Components" page

When the action "Create Purchase Order" is used on the "Prod. Worksheet Components" page, and if the action chosen by the user aims to expand a already released purchase order, then when clicking on the OK button, a notification will be displayed to the user. 

This notification contains a action which directly allows the user to open the purchase order and change the status. 

Once the order status is changed and the user returns on the "Make Orders from Component" page, then the user can again click OK to continue with the process.
