Added prevention for interest calculation on negative amounts in reminders

Minimum Amount for interest amounts

When the customer has a finance charge term set and the finance charge term has a minimum amount set, the amount of the interest is checked against the minimum amount. If the amount is smaller than the minimum amount the interest amount is set to zero.
