Changed Show Quote Notification to also show Blanket Orders and made it available in Purchase

The show quote text in the timber setup is replaced by the settings in the wood setup sales and purchase:

This shows a new notification when there is a matching quote or blanket order for a item this is selected on a quote order or blanket order.
