Added the possibility to enter the total run time for a production order routing group

In the production order routing group the Total Run Time field has been added. Instead of calculating the run time per output unit of measure, adding the total run time is now possible.

The total run time is often provided by an external program like an optimization tool. If the total run time is filled, the run time will automatically be calculated and all related logic is executed as usual.
