Added the on hold field in the dispute code to set that value based on the on hold value from the dispute code

It is now possible to link the On Hold field to the Dispute Code.

In the Dispute Code the column "On Hold" has been added. When selecting a Dispute Code in a Customer or Vendor Ledger Entry, the On Hold field gets assigned according to the setup in the Dispute Code.
