Added Setup for No. Series to Wizard

No Series are now also available in the Setup Wizard.

Also the flow of the setup wizard was changed slightly by:

a) Moving UoM Setup to a seperate page, because it is very important and will probably be expanded in future versions
b) Adding Basic Setup Toggle
c) Adding "Advanced" Mode to hide details of Basic Setups
