Added Wizard to assist users with the first setup of a new environment

A new Wizard is added to assist with the initial setup of the timber solution. 

When a new company is created, the user will see the following notification in the rolecenter.

Currently the setup contains a few basic setups, but the goal is to add more to make the onboarding process easier:
