Added the possibility to post the warehouse shipment from a warehouse pick if its a pick-up order

Warehouse shipment code, post shipment from pick added,

If the warehouse shipment code is setup for pick up or cash desk no there is a new option available to directly post the warehouse shipment from the registered pick. Because in the picking is done the products are in the case of pick up or cash taken by the customer and the shipment can be done directly. 

Also the pick documents are no having a indicator that its a pick for pick up or cash desk.
