Added the order no. field to the transfer shipment and transfer receipt

Posted Transfer Shipment + Posted Transfer Receipt:

for both documents the field "Order No." is added so that the information regarding the related order isn't lost. In the posted transfer shipments and posted transfer receipts the field is also added and is by default not visible.
