Changed that SKU's are skipped in the calculation of the requisition worksheet if the item is blocked for purchase

The calculation of the requisition worksheet has been changed.

In the past blocked items and variants were suggested. On creating a purchase order from the requisition worksheet an error appeared because of the block.

From now on items and variants which are blocked or blocked for purchasing will be directly excluded from the calculation of the requisition worksheet.
